The Customer Service training offered by World Wide Educating Services trains individuals how to interact with customers like handling complaints, processing orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services.Typically, a high school diploma is required. Incorporated within this course is Microsoft Office Suite training that will help you understand how to use Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word. Job Shadowing will also be included.
